Beyond my work as a Denver family and senior portrait photographer, life is full of everyday moments I love. I’m a mom to two beautiful and adventurous boys, and wife to a husband who inspires me and challenges me to be the best version of myself every day. When I’m not behind the camera, you might find me enjoying scenic spots in Denver, or in the mountains, and spending time with my family. These days, I take my coffee lukewarm with a splash of milk. Although I prefer hot coffee, I savor these sweet and busy mornings while my boys are little.
Two weeks after my first son was born, my dad passed away unexpectedly. All at once, I was experiencing the push and pull of joy and sorrow. I had been passionate about photography for years before I became a mom and before my dad died, but those two experiences transformed photography for me. The indescribable joys of motherhood and the trenches of grief inspired my photography and reshaped my approach to creating timeless, heartfelt portraits that are full of warmth and connection. Remembering the tiny little details of my sweet baby and my dad’s smile are important to me. And I know the details of your loved ones, and your family story, matter to you too-- if they didn’t you wouldn’t be here!

In this busy season of life, I delight in the little joys that make up my life’s story: escaping into audiobooks, soaking up warm summer evenings on the back porch, and laughing at Emily Gilmore’s sharp wit on Gilmore Girls. In the fall, Andrew and I love cheering on our favorite couples on Dancing with the Stars, margaritas in-hand. I enjoy hiking and often find inspiration for my work that way.
I specialize in documenting the fleeting and meaningful moments that define your family—from baby bumps and newborn snuggles to milestone birthdays and senior portraits. Every session is designed to be an effortless, full-service experience where you can relax, be present, and trust that your story is preserved in bright, vibrant, and timeless photographs.
